The Wind Symphony consists of sophomores, juniors, and seniors who have auditioned into the group. This is the top curricular concert group at Oswego East High School. Private lessons are strongly encouraged for students within the ensemble.
The Oswego East High School Wind Symphony performs during at least four school concerts and one festival.
Members of the group may choose to perform in the various extra-curricular ensembles.

All of the graduating students also combined to perform Loch Lomond by Frank Ticheli.
